Elevate Your Floristry Creativity
I believe that florists are artists! As such, we only grow when we focus on making work that excites us and allows us to express our unique creativity. To make exciting work, we must continually explore new ideas and allow ourselves the time to practice and test.
This is how we evolve, stay engaged, and at the same time, create innovative work that draws the public in and makes them more curious about what florists are capable of. This is how we elevate our craft and push floristry forward!
This intensive workshop, in collaboration with my Colorado flower friends, is designed to introduce you to a set of skills, practices, and ideas that will transform how you approach your work with flowers.
What to Expect
Treat yourself to two information packed days with fellow floral artists and incredible seasonal, locally-sourced flowers.
Day One
Discover the World of Floral Jewelry and Innovative Headpieces.
We will explore floral jewelry, accessories, and innovative headpieces from approachable and immediately salable to fashion forward and avant garde. Whether you're looking to enhance your current offerings or push the boundaries of floral design, this day is packed with inspiration and hands-on experience.
Day Two
Master the Art of Dynamic Bouquets and Stunning Centerpieces.
We will create dynamic, transparent “work of art” bouquets that float, dance, cascade, and can even be worn as headpieces. We will also create an artful centerpiece full of local flavor. Your work will be worn by a model and professionally captured for your portfolio.

I aim to support the profession of floristry through testing and offering relevant, innovative, solution-based ideas based on the principles of design and sustainable methods.
I believe that floristry is an art form, and we are artists! I aim to challenge conventional ideas about what florists are capable of. In everything I make and do, I aim to support a cultural shift towards recognizing floristry as an art form. Promoting this idea serves to empower florists and encourages them to explore their unique creativity. When harnessed, our creativity allows us to make more interesting, emotive work that fills the artist while also serving to elevate our profession.

Now they are joined at the hip virtually every day trading floral insights and guiding one another through their careers.
